Water, Water Everywhere
We all know that drinking water is good for our health.  It helps us to maintain a healthy body weight, increases our energy levels, flushes out bacteria, moisturizes our skin, aids in digestion, and helps to alleviate headaches.  Drinking adequate amounts of water can even decrease the risk of certain types of cancers, including colon cancer, bladder cancer, and breast cancer.
